This is a critical position within Genpact’s Operations division, focused on ensuring seamless financial management and reporting. The Process Developer will support core General Accounting processes within the Record to Report domain.

As a Process Developer in the R2R function, you will handle a wide range of accounting processes. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Journal Entry Management: Creating and booking accurate journal entries.

  • Month-End Close Activities: Participating in and reviewing all month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Fixed Asset Management: Capitalization, depreciation, and maintenance of fixed assets records.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in R2R operations in a reputed captive center or outsourcing organization.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel including use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and ideally, Macros.

  • Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Workday Financials.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in partner/client management within a shared services environment.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies will be a plus.
