Key Responsibilities of the Role
The Senior Product Manager will take ownership of critical initiatives, working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and cloud architecture teams to deliver new capabilities. This includes:

Drive the development of AVS features from initial concept through launch, including ideation, scoping, release planning, and post-launch analysis.

3. Market and Competitive Analysis

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field AND at least 5 years of experience in product management, service development, or software engineering.

5+ years of experience managing technical products from inception to launch, particularly in cloud-based or VMware environments.

Hands-on experience with:

VMware technologies: vSphere, vSAN, NSX, vCenter, ESXi

Cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud architectures

Disaster recovery (DR), high availability (HA), and security compliance

Experience with DevOps and automation tooling, including Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting for configuration management.
Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership roles in cloud, data center infrastructure, or enterprise virtualization.

Proven track record of working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and design.

Strong experience influencing product direction at all levels of a large-scale organization.

Familiarity with compute architecture, virtualization platforms, and cloud-native integration.
