🎯 Role Summary

As an Assistant Manager – LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for end-to-end LMS administration including course creation, learner management, system configuration, reporting, content issue troubleshooting, and maintaining collaboration with stakeholders and LMS vendors. 🔍 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ LMS Administration & Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the Learning Management System ensuring optimal configuration, uptime, and user accessibility.

  • Manage learner credentials, permissions, enrollments, and training audiences across multiple functions and business units.

  • Ensure timely updates to course catalogs, archiving outdated content, and managing content migration from legacy systems.

  • Maintain the security and data integrity of the LMS by adhering to organizational policies and best practices.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for LMS-related queries from employees, trainers, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.

  • Certifications in LMS platforms, HRIS tools, or eLearning standards (like SCORM, AICC) are a plus.

🔧 Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major Learning Management System (LMS) such as Oracle Learn, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle, or Workday.
