About the GO-AI Team at Amazon

Global Operations—Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) is a key component of Amazon Robotics, operating under Full fill Technologies & Robotics (FTR). GO-AI focuses on enabling automation through computer vision (CV) and machine learning (ML) by delivering high-quality annotated data essential to training and refining AI models.

GO-AI supports real-time human-in-the-loop (HITL) processes as well as offline annotation pipelines, which are critical to improving the accuracy and scalability of Amazon’s intelligent systems across fulfillment centers and robotics-driven supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

👥 1. Team Leadership & Operational Oversight

Lead and manage a team of 100 to 120 associates, supported by 5 to 6 frontline managers (FLMs).

Ensure consistent delivery of business and quality key result areas (KRAs).

📈 2. Performance Management

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team reviews, and performance appraisals.

Define KPIs, monitor delivery, and support the career development of team members.

🛠️ 3. Process Improvement

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and new strategies.

🤝 4. Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the key point of contact for internal departments and cross-functional teams.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (equivalent international qualifications are acceptable).

🧑‍💼 Professional Experience

Minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience.

At least 4–5 years of experience in managing large-scale non-voice operations, preferably in BPO/captive environments.

Proven record of handling teams with 100+ employees, including people managers, team leads, and subject matter experts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with both domestic and international operations.

Strong understanding of workflow management in voice and non-voice environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead independently, manage vendor relationships, and build operations from the ground up.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to interact with senior leadership.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven solutions.

Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and urgency in executing projects in fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
