Track project metrics using dashboards and MIS reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).

Showcase value-added solutions during client meetings to strengthen business value metrics (BVMs).
5. Knowledge Management & Capability Building
Conduct training sessions, capture project learnings, and promote knowledge sharing.
Drive adoption of Wipro’s KM portal and track participation.
Build a high-performance talent pipeline by forecasting skill demand, initiating upskilling programs, and aligning talent with future technologies.

Plan quarterly hiring in collaboration with the Workforce Management Group (WMG) and Talent Acquisition team.
