Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee benefit queries and case tickets in Italian and English.
- Review submitted documents and validate eligibility for reimbursements.

Benefits Processing:
- Adjudicate reimbursement benefits based on policy and documentation.
- Manage manual enrollment and withdrawal processes.
- Process payroll and vendor reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
Auditing and Quality Control:
- Conduct routine audits to validate the completeness and compliance of benefit processes.
- Perform quality checks on data and documentation, identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective action.
Communication and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Address employee queries in Italian with clarity, respect, and a customer-centric approach, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience throughout the interaction.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including insurance providers and benefit vendors, ensuring seamless administration.
Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Maintain and enhance process documentation consistently to uphold accuracy and reflect operational updates.
- Identify and escalate process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Assist the Team Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in reporting and data analysis.
Multilingual Capabilities Required
This role requires fluency in Italian, with the ability to manage end-to-end communication with employees, vendors, and external service providers.
- Manage Italian-language documentation and payment-related requests.
- Translate and respond to complex benefit inquiries in Italian.
