Role Overview: Team Lead – Sort Center

The Team Lead – Sort Center will be an integral part of our fulfillment operations, providing guidance and support to associates and ensuring that every package is handled with precision, speed, and care. Key Responsibilities

1. Shift Management and Associate Leadership

  • Take charge of the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift within the sort center.

3. Training and Development

  • Develop and execute structured training and development programs to upskill team members.

  • Act as a safety ambassador within your team, ensuring all practices minimize risk and support well-being.

5. Problem Solving and Reporting

  • Monitor process queues and status of pending tasks.

  • Escalate critical issues when necessary and contribute to long-term process improvement initiatives.

6. Area Manager Backup

  • Serve as the stand-in for the Area Manager in their absence, demonstrating readiness to take on higher responsibilities.

  • Support in strategic planning, resource forecasting, and coordination across cross-functional teams.


Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for efficient task management and communication.


Preferred Qualifications
