Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Take full ownership of complex digital transformation projects involving cloud migration, cloud-native development, infrastructure modernization, and IT optimization.

Strategy Execution: Translate strategic vision into detailed program execution plans, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Cloud Expertise: Deliver and manage transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud ecosystems, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with C-level executives, business units, and technology teams to define objectives, manage expectations, and report on progress.

Agile & DevOps Adoption: Drive implementation of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies, and DevOps/SRE principles across program delivery lifecycle.

Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks, build mitigation plans, and manage change with minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.

Budget & Forecasting: Establish and manage program budgets, oversee cost optimization, and provide accurate financial forecasting throughout the program duration.

Innovation Leadership: Promote innovation and continuous improvement through the adoption of automation tools, cloud-native frameworks, and best-in-class engineering practices.

Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in IT program management and a proven track record in handling complex cloud transformation engagements.
Minimum Requirements:

15+ years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in a global enterprise or consulting environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale cloud migration, modernization, or transformation projects.

In-depth understanding of cloud service providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid cloud deployment strategies.

Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-native tools and services, including serverless computing, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices.

Strong exposure to DevOps, SRE, and Agile practices, with practical experience in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring tools.

Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost forecasting, and cloud cost optimization strategies.

Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, drive consensus, and align cross-functional teams around complex program goals.
