Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Act as the single point of contact for coordinating client transitions across departments, including risk, legal, compliance, product, and IT teams.
  • Ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and stored according to organizational standards.
