Role Overview: OpenPages Lead Developer
The OpenPages Lead Developer is responsible for delivering robust, customized, and scalable GRC solutions to clients using the IBM OpenPages 8.x platform. The role requires hands-on implementation, technical consulting, solution architecture, and client-facing interactions. You will lead the development, customization, integration, and optimization of OpenPages features, ensuring seamless upgrades, future-proofing, and compliance adherence.
The position involves hybrid work flexibility, client engagement, and occasional travel based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
As an OpenPages Lead Developer at IBM, you will be expected to:
🔧 Implement and Customize OpenPages Solutions

Develop and configure OpenPages modules in alignment with business and technical specifications.

Design and deploy custom triggers, helpers, APIs, and AFCON integrations.

Support solution upgrades by remediating legacy customizations.

Required Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for the OpenPages Lead Developer role, candidates must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Strong experience with IBM OpenPages (version 8.x preferred).

Proven expertise in:

TFUI, workflows, configurations, views, security

Custom triggers, helpers, APIs, object models
