Key Responsibilities

About the Team

The Audits and Insights Team (AIT) is a critical unit within Amazon’s broader operational infrastructure. AIT partners with multiple internal stakeholders, including Operations, Analytics, Policy, and Technology teams, to ensure that audit findings are not only accurate but also translated into measurable business outcomes.

The AIT Program Manager plays a strategic role in correlating operational metrics with business success. The position requires a blend of analytical rigor, operational savvy, and collaborative spirit. Required Qualifications
