SAP is seeking motivated professionals to join its Consulting and Professional Services team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge data warehousing, reporting, and planning solutions built on SAP S/4HANA Analytics, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, SAC, CDS, and Datasphere technologies.

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative analytical capabilities to SAP’s global clients, helping them harness the full power of their data.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Processes Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will:

1. Create Business Blueprints

• Translate functional requirements into a well-defined technical blueprint.

• Develop mockups and prototypes to visualize solutions.

• Ensure that blueprints align with the client’s business goals and SAP best practices.

2. Deliver Architecture and Design

• Prepare scalable and efficient solution architectures tailored to customer landscapes.

• Develop comprehensive technical design documents.

• Provide guidance on solution deployment models (cloud, on-premise, or hybrid).

3. Implement End-to-End Solutions

• Develop, configure, and deliver enterprise-level reporting and planning tools.

• Leverage SAP SAC (Planning & Reporting), BW/4HANA, CDS views, HANA Cloud, and Datasphere for development.

• Integrate data from various SAP and non-SAP sources to create unified analytics dashboards.

4. Presales and Solution Positioning

• Support business development teams by showcasing technical capabilities to prospective clients.

• Demonstrate how SAP’s analytics suite can deliver measurable business value.

• Contribute to proposals, POCs (Proof of Concept), and solution demos.

5. Team Enablement and Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to upskilling initiatives within the team.

• Lead enablement sessions, webinars, and knowledge-sharing forums.

• Stay updated on the latest SAP innovations and best practices.

6. Integrate SAP Business AI (Optional but Preferred)

• Identify opportunities to embed SAP AI capabilities in analytics workflows.

• Promote the usage and adoption of SAP’s intelligent technologies across client use cases.

• Drive AI enablement within the project and internal teams.

🧠 Skills & Experience Required

✅ Professional Experience:

• 5 to 18 years of experience in SAP Analytics tools such as:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – Planning, Dashboarding, Reporting

  • SAP BW/4HANA

  • SAP HANA Cloud or Native HANA Modeling

  • CDS Views in S/4HANA

  • SAP Datasphere

• Experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

• Familiarity with SAP deployment modes (Cloud, On-Premise, and Hybrid).

• Prior involvement in performance tuning and complex data modeling.

✅ Consulting & Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities and client-facing confidence.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, scalable solutions.

• Well-organized and structured approach to solution delivery.

✅ Desirable Skills (Good to Have):

• HANA 2.0 development experience including XSA, Node.js, or ABAP for analytics.

• Working knowledge of planning solutions like SAP BPC, BW-IP, or Trade Promotion Management (TPM).

• Awareness of SAP Business AI offerings and interest in driving AI-enabled analytics.
