SAP is currently hiring for a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in ABAP and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. This position is part of the Premium Hub – Center of Expertise (CoE), which supports SAP’s top-tier customers through proactive guidance, architectural insights, and hands-on technical support.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

In this hybrid techno-functional role, your primary focus will be to deliver expert-level support and technical insights to SAP’s global customers—especially those running complex SAP ERP logistics and SD environments.

🔧 Your Core Responsibilities Include:

• Analysis & Diagnostics:

  • Evaluate and troubleshoot SAP ERP SD Outbound processes for SAP’s premium customers.

  • Conduct deep root cause analysis across application and technology layers.

• Solution Design & Optimization:

  • Offer architectural recommendations to optimize performance, integration, and usability.

  • Suggest improvements and best practices for SAP SD processes, aligned with S/4HANA capabilities.

• Techno-Functional Delivery:

  • Implement or extend functionality using ABAP on HANA, CDS views, AMDP, RAP, ODATA, and SAP BTP.

  • Design and deliver SAP UI5/FIORI applications that enhance user experience in logistics workflows.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Interact with IT managers and C-level executives to communicate findings, strategies, and roadmap alignment.

  • Work collaboratively with SAP CoE peers across India and global locations.

• Innovation Adoption:

  • Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and AI/ML.

  • Actively promote and support customer adoption of new innovations, features, and transformation services.

• Onsite & Remote Services:

  • Deliver workshops, support engagements, and assessments—onsite or virtually—for large-scale SAP customers.

  • Contribute to global SAP service delivery programs for MaxAttention, Active Embedded, and Enterprise Support customers.

🧠 Skills & Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you need a solid foundation in both technical development and functional SAP SD processes.

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP ERP SD Outbound process consulting.

• Completed 2–3 full end-to-end SAP implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, ODATA, AMDP, RAP, UI5/FIORI, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Knowledge of core SD business processes, especially outbound logistics scenarios.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with excellent academic standing.

• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including international assignments if needed.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

💡 Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Hands-on exposure to S/4HANA Greenfield or system conversion projects.
