Role Overview

As a Managing Consultant – Tech & Implementation – L1, you will take the lead in selling and delivering complex consulting solutions. This role involves:

1. Consulting Delivery and Execution

  • Take ownership of large-scale, strategic consulting programs with measurable outcomes.

  • Deliver client engagements across various domains, achieving targeted utilization rates.

  • Manage project scope, deliverables, budgets, quality assurance, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, offering strategic insight and leadership.

  • Lead teams of consultants, workstreams, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution.

2. Client Engagement and Business Development

Mandatory Skills

The ideal candidate must bring domain-specific expertise, especially in Network Operations within the Utilities sector. This specialization will support engagements that require deep technical knowledge in designing and optimizing utility network systems and associated transformation programs.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • More than 10 years of consulting experience, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment

  • Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar consulting programs
