Role Overview
As an AI/ML Engineer, your core responsibility is to architect, build, and deploy AI solutions using modern tools and frameworks. The role demands not just technical expertise but also a proactive mindset toward research, innovation, mentoring, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI/ML Solution Development

Design and implement end-to-end AI and ML pipelines—from data ingestion and processing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Build intelligent systems using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.

2. Generative AI & Emerging Technologies

Design and deploy Generative AI solutions using technologies like LLMs, LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.

3. Backend Development & System Integration

Act as a strong backend Python developer, using frameworks such as Django and managing databases like PostgreSQL.

4. Competency Development & Thought Leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory Skills

Strong understanding of Data Science fundamentals and Machine Learning algorithms.

Proven expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and/or Computer Vision.

Proficiency in Python programming with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Django.
