Role Overview – Lead Administrator – L1 (Contract)
The Lead Administrator – L1 plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing enterprise-level IT infrastructure components such as platforms, databases, middleware, and backup solutions. The professional will be responsible for leading architecture planning, supporting day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring high availability, and managing a skilled team to maintain performance benchmarks. Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure Architecture & Planning

Lead the end-to-end structural design and architecture of platforms, databases, middleware, and backup systems.

2. Operational Management
