Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end development of scalable web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions that meet performance, security, and business requirements.

This hybrid role (4 days in-office) offers a healthy balance of remote flexibility and onsite collaboration. The position operates during standard day shifts and does not require any travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS3, Angular 10+, and JavaScript.
• Architect and implement robust server-side functionalities using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Design and manage scalable databases using MySQL with a focus on performance and data integrity.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Convert business and system specifications into comprehensive architectural blueprints and technical design documents.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Perform application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Engage actively in Agile methodologies by contributing to sprint planning sessions, attending daily scrums, and participating in retrospective meetings to continuously improve team performance.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain coding standards and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Support junior developers by offering expert technical advice, hands-on assistance, and career development mentorship.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Frontend Development:
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Angular 10+.
  • Experience in building responsive and intuitive UI/UX components.
• Backend Development:
  • Strong knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs.
• Database Management:
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Scripting & Integration:
  • JavaScript expertise for enhancing frontend interactivity.
• Cloud Platforms:
  • Experienced in deploying, overseeing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Domain Expertise:
  • Experience in the Base 24 domain is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• AWS Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledgeable in leveraging DevOps methodologies, implementing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and utilizing container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for streamlined development and deployment.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
• Exposure to agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
