Role Summary
As a Java, Spring Boot Lead at Infosys, your primary role will involve leading software engineering teams to deliver high-quality backend systems that are scalable, secure, and efficient. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design technical solutions, implement architecture best practices, and maintain coding standards, ensuring a seamless software development life cycle from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Interface and Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for client discussions regarding backend development.
- Ensure timely issue resolution, quality assurance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Translate client requirements into technical deliverables that align with business goals.
2. Solution Design and Architecture Review
- Review system architecture and application design for performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure architectural decisions adhere to industry standards and Infosys’ best practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and provide input on strategic technical decisions.
3. Code Development and Optimization
- Guide your team in writing clean, optimized, and reusable Java code using Spring Boot.

- Review code for adherence to standards and assist in debugging and performance tuning.
4. Project Estimation and Technical Planning
- Participate in effort estimation, technical risk planning, and scheduling.

5. Quality Assurance and Testing Support
- Validate unit test plans and review testing outcomes.

Technical Oversight:

Agile & DevOps Knowledge:
