Role Overview:
Accenture is currently hiring for an experienced Operations Engineer proficient in Emerson Manufacturing Execution Solution (MES) Syncade. This role requires a driven and detail-oriented professional who can manage and support production systems and ensure consistent service delivery. Based in Pune, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, resolving issues, and aligning service delivery with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Engineer at Accenture, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supporting ongoing production systems and ensuring stable, efficient operations.
- Managing service delivery in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the team, supporting them in resolving issues and overcoming delivery obstacles.
- Ensuring team compliance with all operational requirements and procedures.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Emerson Syncade to guide and support other team members.
- Participating in critical business discussions and contributing to high-level decision-making processes.
- Evaluating team performance and identifying areas for improvement through regular assessments.
- Implementing best practices in operations management and maintaining detailed documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on expertise with Emerson MES Syncade is essential.
- Educational Requirement: A minimum of 15 years of full-time education from a recognized institution.
- Core Technical Skills:
- Strong command over Emerson Manufacturing Execution Solution (Syncade).
- Sound knowledge of production system management.
- Proficient in managing operations with adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues in real-time production environments.
- Additional Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
- Familiarity with automation and process control technologies.
