Position Overview

We are hiring for the role of Package Consultant – Salesforce in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This hybrid role allows for both remote work and in-office collaboration. As an entry-level professional, you will receive hands-on training, exposure to real-time projects, and mentorship from industry experts.

You will participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle and help deliver robust Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements. Key Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will:

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
  • Assist in requirement analysis, system design, and workflow configuration.
  • Support the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Collaborate within agile teams to deliver incremental value to clients.
  • Apply knowledge of Salesforce security models, user profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
  • Create and test Salesforce Flows, automation scripts, and Process Builders.

Educational Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including LWC and Apex.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of Apex programming, including classes, triggers, and batch processes.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce APIs and building custom integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce security model, including object-level, field-level, and record-level security.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience with Aura Components (although focus will be on LWC).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
  • Experience using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and version control practices in Salesforce environments.
