Role Overview
As a Customer Contact Communications Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR service delivery processes. From managing inbound service desk support to handling employee data and interacting with global stakeholders, this role demands strong communication, accuracy, and process adherence. Key Responsibilities
1. HR Process Support & Service Desk Voice Assistance
- Provide support across a variety of HR subprocesses including Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Compensation, Global Mobility, Exit Management, and Employee Data Management.
- Handle voice-based interactions and resolve inquiries efficiently by following standard operating procedures and communication protocols.
2. Transaction Processing & System Management
- Process HR transactions across different client environments using various internal systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality in every transaction, aligned with the service level objectives.
- Update and maintain documentation to reflect procedural changes.
3. Client Communication & Quality Assurance
- Respond to policyholder, client, or third-party queries by following HR procedures.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure proactive quality checks and initiate corrective actions in case of discrepancies.
4. Document Handling & Administrative Support
- File, archive, and retrieve documents in both digital and paper formats according to company standards.
- Generate client-ready correspondence by following established templates.
5. Data Entry, Verification & Reporting
- Accurately enter and audit employee and job-related data.
- Conduct regular data verification and support reporting processes as required.
6. Support Process Improvement Initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate on special projects and contribute ideas for operational enhancements.
General Requirements
- Ability to follow documented procedures with minimal supervision.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French at an elementary level is preferred.
