About the Role: Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant
As a Package Consultant – Oracle EPM Cloud, you will serve as a trusted business and technology advisor to enterprise clients. You’ll play a critical role in designing, configuring, and deploying Oracle’s suite of Enterprise Performance Management Cloud tools—focusing on financial planning, workforce modeling, capital expenditure (CapEx), and consolidation flows.
This client-facing consulting position involves working on Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS) projects using Agile methods.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, with a focus on EPBCS and FCCS modules.

Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Configure and test Oracle Cloud modules including Workforce, Capex, Projects, and Financials in alignment with client objectives.

Design and develop EPM Cloud solutions that improve user experience, enhance performance, and ensure scalability.

Create metadata, hierarchies, member formulas, and data input forms across modules.

Write and modify rules for historical overrides and custom calculations.

Configure business process flows and data integrations to automate planning cycles.

Participate in data validation, UAT, and production rollouts.

Provide post-go-live support and ensure continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
-
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering.

Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems.
Experience
-
Total Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion solutions.

Must have hands-on experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud EPM projects.

Functional knowledge of Planning Modules (Workforce, Capex, Financials) and FCCS process flow design is essential.
Technical Skills Required

Configuration and deployment experience in EPBCS: Financials, Workforce, Capex, and Projects modules.

Strong hands-on knowledge in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation methods like equity and cost.

Expertise in metadata creation and updates, data forms, dashboards, and rule creation.

Understanding of Smart View, EPM Automate, and Data Management tools within Oracle EPM.

Ability to write and manage Business Rules, Calculation Manager, and groovy scripts (preferred).

Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM Rational.
