Wipro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer – L4 to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in software development, testing, and deployment, who are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-ready software solutions. The Developer – L4 will play a critical role in developing robust applications, supporting system upgrades, and enhancing software performance for client deployments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Software Design and Analysis
- Analyze and interpret client requirements to create scalable and sustainable software designs.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and understand system flows and process requirements.
- Investigate complex technical issues and collaborate on formulating solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide inputs for root cause analysis and assist in impact assessments for proposed design changes.
2. Full Stack Development and Programming
- Develop innovative software programs by translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform system analysis to determine operational feasibility and define software specifications.
- Modify existing code to resolve issues, upgrade features, and improve performance.
- Ensure error-free coding practices and follow structured testing protocols.
- Automate test cases and conduct usage scenario validations to ensure stability and reliability.
- Integrate modules with various system interfaces and APIs while maintaining optimal performance.
3. Deployment and Documentation
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the efficient rollout of software applications within client infrastructure.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including project specifications, system architecture, code annotations, and user guides.
- Oversee version management and monitor software revisions to ensure alignment, consistency, and auditability.
- Deliver timely and structured status reports, capturing project progress, risks, and resolutions.
4. Client Interaction and Support
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues with a proactive mindset and ensure minimum response time.
- Document client interactions, deliverables, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Offer ongoing support after deployment and propose improvements to maximize software effectiveness and user value.
5. Team Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Project Management, and Business Analysts.
- Engage in code assessments, contribute to sprint planning sessions, and actively participate in agile development rituals.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure timely submission of management information system (MIS) reports and status dashboards.
