We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Techno Functional Consultant for a contractual role to spearhead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and rollout projects. 🔍 Key Responsibilities

As a Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions, covering both functional configuration and technical integration aspects. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ 1. Solution Architecture & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion Financials modules across diverse industry domains.

  • Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with business processes, compliance, and financial controls.

  • Guide functional and technical teams through each project phase, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

✅ 2. Functional Expertise in Oracle Fusion

  • Drive the functional solution for modules such as:

    • General Ledger (GL) and Chart of Accounts (CoA)

    • Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Fixed Assets (FA) and Cash Management (CM)

    • Expenses, Imaging/WebCenter, Financial Control, and Reporting

  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional configurations with optimal system design.

✅ 3. Client Interaction & Business Communication

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders and business users.

  • Conduct solution walkthroughs, manage UAT sessions, and ensure a smooth transition to production.

  • Display strong client-facing communication to understand needs and explain system behavior, impact, and value.

✅ 4. Fusion Integration & Reporting Technologies

  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Fusion with third-party systems using:

    • SOA Suite

    • ICS (Integration Cloud Service)

  • Implement custom and standard reporting using:

    • BI Publisher

    • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

    • FRS (Financial Reporting Studio)

✅ 5. Team Leadership & Agile Delivery

  • Mentor junior consultants on Oracle best practices, project governance, and delivery standards.

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution demo sessions.

  • Monitor risks and dependencies to maintain delivery commitments and quality assurance.


📘 Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this contract role, the candidate must bring a combination of Oracle Fusion functional depth and integration experience, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

🎓 Educational & Certification Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent discipline.

  • Oracle certification in Fusion Financials or relevant technologies (preferred).

🧠 Functional Proficiency

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials end-to-end implementation projects.

  • Proficient in Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses modules.

  • Good business understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Procurement processes.

🧰 Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA, ICS, and WebCenter Integration.

  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools: BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and its service architecture.
