Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Principal Consultant – Business Analyst (BA) to join our Change Delivery Center of Excellence (COE) in Bangalore. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead product delivery cycles, manage end-to-end business analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders across technology and operations in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Vision and Backlog Management

Define and refine the product vision in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners.

Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of high-impact user stories.

Monitor product development stages and drive continuous evaluation and alignment.
2. Requirements Gathering and User Story Definition

Work independently with end-users to gather detailed business requirements.

Convert business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with product leads on prioritization and scope management.
3. Agile Delivery & Coordination
-
Support agile delivery teams using frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

Engage with development teams and coordinate sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

Track requirements and delivery progress using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
4. Cross-Team Collaboration

Serve as the key liaison between business, technology, operations, and external vendors.

Facilitate seamless collaboration to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.

Coordinate User Verification Testing (UVT) and post-deployment validations.
5. Risk and Governance Management

Identify risks early and develop mitigation or resolution plans.

Drive the governance framework, prepare dashboards, and host stakeholder forums.

Ensure consistent project communication and maintain transparency across delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and convert them into application-level requirements.

Experience working in Agile environments, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Proficiency in tools like ADO, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with executives, managers, and SMEs.
Preferred Skills

Graduation from a recognized university with a strong academic background.

Experience with financial services, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation projects.

Knowledge of agile certifications such as CSPO, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.

Familiarity with UVT processes, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product roadmaps.
