Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership in Generative AI
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models using technologies like GPT, Variational Autoencoders (VAE), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Build and optimize cloud-integrated GenAI solutions using platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google PaLM, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, and Bard.
- Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of advanced machine learning algorithms tailored to client requirements.
- Drive the development of end-to-end AI pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, testing, and deployment.
Research and Innovation
- Stay at the leading edge of AI evolution by consistently investigating new tools, trends, and innovations in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and machine learning.
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies into Wipro’s suite of products and services.
- Recommend and incorporate performance optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency of deployed GenAI models.
Product Development and Agile Delivery
- Work hand-in-hand with product development teams to design and implement solutions powered by Generative AI.
- Lead the development of scalable AI products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Stakeholder Engagement and Proposal Development
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to gather inputs for RFPs, proposals, and solution design.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare compelling capability demonstrations and client presentations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication throughout each phase of the proposal development process.
- Identify potential roadblocks in proposal development and escalate appropriately to maintain project timelines.
Project Management Excellence
- Lead and oversee all aspects of proposal delivery from conceptualization to submission.
- Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, compliance checklists, and documentation trackers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely collection and integration of all proposal components, including technical, cost, and management sections.
- Provide regular updates to sales teams and stakeholders regarding project status and milestones.
Key Technical Skills and Experience
Generative AI Expertise
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in architecting and deploying generative AI solutions across real-world use cases.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced AI frameworks and algorithms such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.

- Strong command of Python and practical experience utilizing deep learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras for AI model development.
