This position blends both technical development and functional consulting expertise. The Techno Functional Consultant – L1 will bridge the gap between the technical and business sides of ERP implementation and support, ensuring seamless solution design, integration, deployment, and optimization for clients—particularly with SWIFT message processing expertise.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements into technical solutions while integrating ERP systems with custom configurations and industry-standard practices. The consultant acts as the link between client expectations and technical delivery, ensuring that business solutions are scalable, optimized, and aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. ERP Implementation & Business Solution Delivery
As a techno-functional bridge, you will manage the lifecycle of business solution deployment—from gathering requirements to go-live.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new ERP modules or custom projects.

Analyze client requirements to assess feasibility and provide clear, timely solutions.

Build ERP systems from scratch, including customization, localization, and integration.

Translate functional designs into technical specifications and vice versa.

Support the architecture team with coding, testing, configuration, and implementation tasks.

🔹 2. Technical Support & Client Engagement
Being the first line of escalation for complex system issues, you will handle technical cases and ensure resolution is in line with client expectations.

Provide techno-functional support for deployed ERP solutions across multiple clients.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and deliver permanent fixes.

Address client queries and issues related to ERP configuration, messaging workflows, and data integrity.

Maintain a strong communication channel with on-site and offshore teams.

Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and track support metrics such as resolution times and customer feedback.
🔹 3. Functional-Technical Coordination
You will serve as a conduit between the business users and the technical development team to align both perspectives.
