Role Purpose
As a DevOps Engineer – L4, you will be responsible for enabling better coordination across development, operations, and testing teams by designing, managing, and supporting DevOps pipelines. Your primary objective will be to ensure high-quality, efficient integration and deployment processes that align with business goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. DevOps Pipeline Management
- Design and execute CI/CD pipelines across the DevOps toolchain, covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in alignment with software development and deployment needs.
- Integrate DevOps tools into the software delivery lifecycle and tailor configurations based on project/client requirements.
2. Tool Customization & Automation
- Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure access controls and workflows.
- Adapt and develop DevOps tools to meet unique client requirements and operational goals.
- Develop and implement automation for testing and deployment to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with software developers to build scripts and integrations that ensure seamless deployment across environments.
3. Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for both internal and external users across various platforms.
- Oversee system health and proactively resolve issues related to deployments or toolchain configurations.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring or critical problems promptly.
- Follow the escalation matrix when issues are complex or unresolved within expected timelines.
4. Client Engagement and Service Management
- Respond to service requests, issues, and tickets within predefined turnaround times (TAT).
- Deliver solutions that meet customer satisfaction standards and avoid escalation.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the incident management cycle.

Mandatory Skills
- DevOps – Continuous Integration

- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Shell, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience Required
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of practical experience working in dynamic DevOps settings.
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline setup, infrastructure automation, and deployment lifecycle.
- Experience in production support, issue tracking, and customer service for DevOps tools.
