Role Purpose
The Developer – L3 is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems that align with client needs and quality benchmarks. This role requires a thorough understanding of software development lifecycle processes, particularly in Node.js environments, and aims to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Analysis and Software Design
- Interpret software specifications and transform them into functional applications.
- Conduct system flow and usage analysis to better understand software behavior.
- Collaborate with project managers and analysts to design software based on client requirements.
- Participate in root cause analysis for system issues and propose performance enhancement ideas.
2. Software Development and Testing
