About the Opportunity
Located in vibrant tech hubs—Cebu and Metro Manila—you’ll join an inclusive hybrid work environment that balances remote productivity with in-office collaboration. You’ll work alongside seasoned consultants, taking ownership of application design, development, and maintenance using Microsoft technology stacks (.NET/C#). Additionally, you’ll bridge cultural and linguistic gaps when working with Japanese-speaking clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Microsoft .NET Application Development

Design, code, and maintain web applications using .NET Core or .NET Framework.

Employ C# for solutions encompassing backend services, APIs, and middleware.

Adhere to industry best practices for architecture, design patterns, and unit testing.
2. Application Maintenance & Support

Troubleshoot and fix issues in existing .NET applications.

Monitor performance, security, and scalability; proactively address issues.

Update features based on new requirements and stakeholder feedback.
3. Stakeholder Communication

Provide updates, demos, and documentation in Japanese and English.

Act as a linguistic link for Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy.
4. Continuous Learning & Technology Integration

Keep pace with advancements in Microsoft technologies (.NET 6+, Blazor, Azure).

Propose optimizations and integrations that enhance software solutions.

Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.

Familiarity with web app technologies, such as ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API.

Solid object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing kanji).

Business-level English communication.
