About the Role
L&T Realty is looking for a highly experienced and visionary AI Solution Architect to spearhead the development and integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning (ML) technologies. Key Responsibilities
1. AI/ML Solution Architecture & Design
- Design and lead the implementation of comprehensive, end-to-end AI/ML system architectures.
- Ensure integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Guide solution prototyping, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical planning for various AI use cases.
2. AI/ML System Development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders—to identify, refine, and document solution requirements.
- Select and deploy appropriate machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Leverage modern AI approaches including LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, computer vision, and generative AI technologies.
3. Technical Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Oversee technical implementation to ensure best-in-class delivery quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, define development standards, and guide model lifecycle management including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Promote responsible AI principles such as fairness, transparency, explainability, and bias mitigation.
4. Business & Stakeholder Alignment
- Partner with executive leadership to align AI strategies with overarching business goals and long-term organizational vision.
- Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly narratives to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for the successful adoption and deployment of AI systems.
5. Innovation & Future-Readiness
- Monitor emerging AI trends, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Develop innovation roadmaps that use AI as a differentiator for product and service excellence.
- Champion R&D efforts and experimentation in the AI/ML domain to maintain L&T’s competitive edge.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A degree at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development or data engineering roles.
- A minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in designing, building, and implementing enterprise-level AI and machine learning solutions.
- Deep proficiency in Python and ML operations tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Amazon SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI.
- Extensive hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with strong proficiency in container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies and proficiency with modern version control tools such as Git.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI tools and foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA).
- Hands-on knowledge of LLM deployment, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI governance and compliance frameworks, including GDPR, HIPAA, and emerging AI regulations.
- Professional certifications like AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate are highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
