We are inviting applications for the position of Manager – Human Resources with a focus on Total Rewards Analytics, based in Gurugram, India.

In this role, you will support Genpact’s Total Rewards Analytics team by analyzing compensation, benefits, and rewards-related data to generate actionable insights for HR and business leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include developing robust dashboards, driving data integrity, and delivering clear, data-driven narratives that support strategic HR decision-making.
This position requires advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, a deep understanding of Total Rewards concepts, and a knack for turning complex data into impactful stories.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights

Analyze comprehensive datasets related to compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards programs to extract insights that inform HR strategies.

Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through advanced Excel modeling and data visualization techniques.

Conduct analyses to support major HR events like salary reviews, bonus program evaluations, and benchmarking exercises.
Dashboard Development

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize Total Rewards metrics such as:

Pay parity

Bonus effectiveness

Benefits utilization rates

Provide business leaders and HR partners with real-time, dynamic insights into Total Rewards programs.
Reporting and Forecasting

Prepare analytics and reports to support the annual compensation cycle, including salary adjustments, incentive programs, and other compensation initiatives.

Support the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various geographies and business units.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Finance teams, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to consolidate and interpret cross-functional data for strategic planning and forecasting.
Data Governance and Integrity

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting and analytics activities.

Participate in system migration, data transformation, and automation projects aimed at enhancing HR analytics capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven insights.

Act as a trusted advisor by providing analytical support that facilitates strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

Hands-on expertise in handling large datasets and working across various systems.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, advanced formulas).

Advanced proficiency in Power BI for building and publishing dashboards.

HR Domain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards processes and concepts.

Familiarity with HR management systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms (a plus).

Global Experience: Previous experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a distinct advantage.
