This role is pivotal in managing operational processes across Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund sectors. Key Responsibilities
As a Production Specialist at Wipro, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality financial operations services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund Operations

Fund and Financial Accounting: Maintain accurate records through bookkeeping, journal posting, and preparation of financial statements.

Management Fee and Expense Handling: Accurately calculate and post management fees, carried interest, and operational expenses.

Capital Calls: Prepare capital call memoranda, facilitate LC openings, and follow up with Limited Partners (LPs) to secure timely funding.

Distribution Processing: Develop distribution workings, draft LP memorandums, arrange fund transfers and wire preparations, and manage LC repayments.

Reconciliation Activities: Perform comprehensive cash reconciliations, track capital transactions, post accounting entries, and generate cash tracking reports.

Portfolio Valuation: Assess the valuation of portfolio investments, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

Reporting: Prepare and submit fund and investor reports in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and timeliness.
