🎯 Role Summary
In this role, you will lead strategic sales operations supporting Accenture’s digital B2B revenue enablement. You will oversee the management of incentive and rebate programs, facilitate quota and territory planning, and drive backend support for licensing, pricing, budgeting, and negotiations.
As an operations lead, you will supervise cross-functional teams, interact with senior stakeholders, manage compliance, and optimize processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Incentives and Rebates Operations

Manage end-to-end customer incentive and rebate programs, including design, eligibility criteria, execution, validation, and payout.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to define rules, structures, and payment thresholds.

Ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely disbursements.

Identify areas for optimization in process workflows and automate wherever feasible.
🔹 Quota & Territory Management

Handle the full lifecycle of quota assignments—planning, allocation, adjustments, and performance tracking.

Partner with Sales, Sales Excellence, Compliance, and Corporate Teams for quota optimization by product, region, seller, or customer segment.
