As part of our ongoing growth, Wipro is hiring a Business Analyst – L3 to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This pivotal role will bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, ensuring solutions are strategically aligned with business needs.
Role Overview: The Strategic Link Between Business Goals and Technical Execution
The Business Analyst – L3 is responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating business needs into clear functional documentation, and working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure optimal implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with engagement managers and sales teams to comprehend client expectations through RFPs and RFIs.
Draft detailed documentation covering scope, features, and both functional and non-functional requirements.
Act as the main liaison between clients and delivery teams, ensuring feedback is gathered regularly and incorporated into solutioning processes.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, unlocking new opportunities and enhancing satisfaction.
2. Solution Development and Delivery Support
Ensure delivery teams have up-to-date customer feedback to refine solutions effectively.
Perform root cause analysis to address design concerns or gaps before client presentation.
Support implementation teams by facilitating UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Integration Testing, and QA validations.
Leverage data modeling and analytics to propose improvements and adapt solutions as per evolving business needs.
Monitor project milestones, collaborate with project managers, and challenge assumptions to improve execution plans.
3. Knowledge Sharing and Domain Development
Participate in knowledge-sharing forums across the BA community within Wipro.
Develop reusable solution components and documentation templates to accelerate future proposals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide value-added insights into client solutions.

Required Experience & Skills
✅ Must-Have Skills
ServiceNow – Platform Core: Deep hands-on experience in workflows, business rules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong documentation and business analysis background across multiple industries or verticals.
✅ Experience
3 – 5 years of experience business analysis, client engagement, and solution design.
Prior exposure to working with enterprise-level clients in a global delivery setup.
